Refund policy
At The Cake Case Company, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products and our commitment to maintaining hygiene and quality standards, all sales are final.
No Returns
We do not accept returns on any of our products. Once an order is placed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or returned.
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including (but not limited to) customer error in size, quantity, or design selection.
Exceptions (if any)
While our policy is strict, we understand that rare situations may occur. If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
