1. What kind of packaging products do you offer?
We specialize in premium-quality cake boxes, brownie boxes, cupcake boxes, and other dessert packaging — available in various sizes, colors, and finishes, with or without windows.
2. Are your boxes food-safe?
Yes! All our boxes are made using food-grade materials to ensure hygiene and safety for your baked goods.
3. Do your boxes come pre-assembled?
No, our boxes are delivered flat-packed to save space during shipping. They are quick and easy to assemble.
4. Can I request custom sizes or designs?
Although we only take orders for ready-to-ship standard sizes on the website, we do all types of customization. Customized orders have a higher MOQ — you can always contact us directly to discuss your requirements.
5. I'm having trouble folding or assembling the box. What should I do?
If you're finding it difficult to assemble the box, don’t worry — we’re here to help! Just send us a message on WhatsApp with your order number and the item you need help with, and we'll share a video guide as soon as we see your message.

Our MOQ is just 10 pieces per item, making it easy for small businesses and hobby bakers to order only what they need.
7. Can I mix and match box designs or sizes in one order?
Yes, you can order different designs and sizes as long as you meet the MOQ per variant.
8. Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Our minimum order is just 10 pieces per size, so you can order the minimum quantity first to check the quality and fit.

9. Do you ship across India?
Yes, we offer nationwide shipping.
10. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the courier service.
11. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets through our secure payment gateway.
13. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of packaging products, we don’t accept returns. However, if there’s any issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
